Same sound director. Minako Hamano with Kenji Yamamoto being the composer. Minako Hamano did the Links Awakening Soundtrack and Metroid Fusion soundtrack by herself. And the Super Metroid and Dread soundtrack alongside Kenji Yamamoto

Soundtrack as a whole is sadly weak but this one is decent

A lot of this game's soundtrack is good but doesn't fit the setting. Like Z-57's boss theme. Escue's theme for example goes super super hard for no reason, probably some of the best combat music in the game.

It's not weak, just focuses on different things from what we're used to from the previous games. Ambience and giving way to the sound FX over having a strong, hummable melody.

@@HighLanderPonyYT I feel like the prime games had pretty good ambient music that was also fairly memorable, such as Phendrana, Torvus, etc. This game's soundtrack was good for ambience but not as memorable as other games, imo
