4:27 Literally no excuse for the taxi to go through a red light. Should be fired for that. It is 100% illegal to go through a red light unless an officer gets out their vehicle, walks in front of yours and directs you through. Highway Code 101.

The police do and always have attended burglaries in progress as an emergency call, Officers bend over backwards for the chance of catching a burglar in the act. Police do also attend more than just burglaries.
