Is that so? I thought Napstablook knew all along. After all, Mettaton must have explained where he was going when he left, right? And Blooky has been following Mettaton's programs from day one. And they'll be working together from now on - which Mettaton did say was long overdue - which would make his identity really hard to hide, so I think that was more for Frisk than for Napstablook. (Besides there's no evidence of "Mettaton" being an artistic name, so if it is his real name there's no way Napstablook wouldn't know).
