I can’t give exact measurement. Approximately one cup curds for 1 cup Rawa. It always depends on quality of rawa

Is it baking soda necessary for home cooking.? I don’t encourage using baking soda and even colours using for sweets

Only for very few recipes where we use curds we use.Otherwise every one in the house may not like.We don't advice everyday idli or dosa.It will reduce only one vitamin absorbtion.
