Great information! Thank you for posting this. I always thought those B&A pics were hokey. Thank you for exposing their tricks. I have to keep reminding myself to employ proper posture. I look forward to your jaw exercise video. You don't need to do any time traveling. You look great.

I'm still looking into this, but what I got from wathing the Orthotropics videos is that you can still get improvement and change your facial structure with mewing, it's just around 1mm every year after the age of 25 (According to them at least). Obvsiously, that's not fast, but as we know with natty body building, getting muscle takes a long time as well. Since I am not a dentist or hygienist, I am curious if you were taught about mewing in your schooling or if you have sources that are free that I can look at.

No, this is not something that was taught in school at least when I went. I do agree that tiny changes in posture and bone structure can happen over time (years!) by practicing certain exercises or holding your posture constantly in a certain position. But I just can’t imagine seeing drastic results over a short period like the videos I see all over the internet.

@@askahygienist Maybe their genetics gives their more changeable sutures? Idk. Of course some of them are probably edited. Otherwise, it could also be hard chewing and hard mewing, along with some of the devices that Mike Mew uses for some of the cases, on younger people, as I heard they get changes faster than adults (Probably because I heard kids have more bones than adults, but the bones fuse as they get older or something?).

Hey dentist it's me, im back lol, i just wanted to ask that i started applying toothpaste on my cavities and leaving it overnight, how long will it take to heal and will the cavity get filled up with enamel again and close up fully?

Hi I’m not a dentist FYI :) I’m a dental hygienist. I really can’t tell you any kind of time frame. I have no idea what your cavities look like. As I said before I’d they are actual cavities and not just areas of minor demineralization, I don’t know that toothpaste would help. I would go physically see a dentist to make sure you’re doing the correct treatment for your case.

@@askahygienist my dentist is basically my cousin and im really worried about visiting him because i will feel embarrassed and that's why i want to solve this problem at home

@@haider-ali hmm, i understand embarrassment but you don't have much options. seeing a picture won't really help because you need an x-ray to confirm. maybe visit another dentist to get a consultation, but I really wouldn't risk trying to fix it at home if you don't even know how big the problem is.

@@askahygienist i have an x ray, can you check on them if i can send it to you through your email?
