😆 you weren’t very convincing on how good they were 😝 but it might be something worth a try but I would definitely go with one teaspoon of ancho chili powder first. Thanks Rosie for not being afraid to try different recipes for us.

Hi AMV, the 1st time that I made these brownies with one tsp of chili Ancho, everyone said that they tasted the cinnamon, but no spicy. That is why I added the extra tsp. Now you can taste the spicy, but depending on your spicy level, it's minor.

They sound wonderful. I had a recipe years ago that was brownie mix with a can of jalapeños in it that was amazing, but seemed to scare people away. 😅 Yours sound much more apetizing!

A can of Jalapeno? Now that is different! lol

Love you, thanks for this Mexican brownie recipe...the only thing I would use a smaller pan...I like thicker brownies. God Bless.
@RosieCooks6 ай бұрын
Yes, you can definitely make them thicker!

awesome video, Rosie. I make brownies all the time. I almost always have them on hand. I use the recipe from Chef Jean- Pierre on You tube. I will use his recipe and add your Ancho chili powder, Mexican hot chocolate and cinnamon. I will do this soon. Thanks for the video. And yes, you are sweet and spicy, respectfully. LOL. By the way, the two recipes are very close on ingredients.

Hi Friend, I altered the original recipe, because everyone said that they couldn't taste the spicy. In this recipe, the spicy can be detected, but it is just minor.

@@condeerogers5858 If you like a little spicy, then you will like these brownies. They are just a hint of spicy. A little different than the ordinary brownie. Yummy!

I'm going to make your recipe. I make NM Brownies (New Mexico is known for our Red and Green Chile)! I make my NM Brownies with Green Chile powder from Hatch, NM and also use ground cinnamon, and some espresso powder in the recipe as well ! Can't wait to try your recipe! Gracias, from Albuquerque NM 😘

Hi Friend, I really hope that you like these brownies. I had to tweak the original recipe. The first time that I made these brownies, everyone said that they could not taste the spicy. So, I doubled the spicy. In this video I can taste the cinnamon and the spicy. I loved them and the 2nd time, everyone said that now they could indeed taste the spicy and the cinnamon. Good luck!
