MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE with Ground Beef

My description info has been removed twice already for this video, so I will try to put the ingredients in a comment here until I get this problem fixed. • 2 tbsp oil • 1 onion, diced • ½ red bell pepper, chopped • 1½ ground beef • 1 tsp garlic, minced/finely chopped • 1 tsp chili powder • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper • ¾ tsp salt, or to taste • ground black pepper to taste • 1½ cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen or canned, drained) • 1 cup salsa of choice • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, divided 𝗢𝗥 • ½ cup Mozarella + ½ cup Cheddar cheese Cornbread Topping: • 1 cup cornmeal • ¾ tsp salt • ½ tsp baking soda • 1 cup whole milk • 2 eggs, beaten
