Please follow cooking time listed on your rice package
Ingredients
1 Tbs oil (Canola)
2 roasted and peeled poblano peppers + 1/4 water for blending
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped white onion
2 cups Extra long grain rice
3 3/4 cups homemade chicken broth or 3/4 cups water + 1 1/2 Tbs chicken bouillon
1 cup of corn (frozen or fresh)
Tips
1 cup long-grain rice to 1 3/4 cup water or chicken broth
Chicken broth was made by boiling 4 chicken breast with 1 1/2 Tbs chicken bouillon
For extra flavor use 4 roasted poblano peppers
