Should I be soaking my chiles de arbol before or just toast them dry straight from the bag? also if soaking use cold/warm/or hot water?

I bought a Molcajete for making salsa because of all the videos showing them. Made salsa on Sunday it was gone before halftime of the first football game I had to make 5 batches it was the hit of the party

I have volunteer tomitillos in my garden. Couldn't get rid of them if I wanted to. Now I just need to get cilantro to grow. A whole patch. I have 75 garlic cloves in the ground over wintering.

It's an authentic Bihari (Indian) recipe we call it tomato chutney. We also like to add mustard oil to it it tastes great with rice, dal and fried potato vegetable.

I remember going through sone tough times in 2013 i made this salsa and since i couldn't afford the meat i had to make sausage tacos 😂 but it kept me alive for the next 3 years till i was able to buy a whole flap meat roast

If you buy one make sure it's made in Mexico and not cheap knock off from china. They break and you'll have small stones in your salsa.

My family has 2 Molcajete that are 100yrs old and still in use. The Molcajete sold these day look almost made by a CNC machine.

Its very common in nepal... But 1 ingredient that adds extra twist which we add here in nepal is Sichuan pepper.... It takes the salsa to next nevel....

I couldn’t get the skins of the tomatillos to grind down for some reason. Might have been undercooked for this method.
