My mouth is watering with the "intestine soup" the name is Mondongo in south of México (Yucatan), Menudo in north and Pancita in Guerrero (west coast of México)

Cow's intestines(Pancita) is Bom!! delicious with Lemon, Chopped Onions and Oregano plus tortillas and a little bit of red chilli peppers sauce😋

Word of advice, while the Mexico City subway is safe it does have pickpockets, hold on tight to your phone and wallet (specially if you get into a crowded subway car).

Don´t worry about the Camotes, even if you live here in México is almost a miracle to find one Camotero (camote man) on the street they usualy work from dusk to early night, is a matter of have real good luck.

The "Pancita" soup, is from cow stomach and "Central de Abasto" The biggest Market in world; is 5 times as much as La Merced.

Hahah funny you ask yes! The few days before we shot this video Faris got major stomach issues and had to get some intense meds. Then we shot this video the next day, talk about food dedication!!
