This past weekend, I had the amazing opportunity to teach some Soul Sync Body pilates classes for the resort guests, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! Teaching in person outside of events is a rare treat for me, so you can imagine how much fun I had. Come along with me to Mexico and let me show you all the incredible moments I experienced!

being alone is so cool because it is a different view and i think it’s oddly romantic like you said. it’s like a frank sinatra song. maybe “in the wee small hours” vibes but a little lighter. especially when i take walks in the evening or go on a short evening drive. it’s my favorite. that contemplative/reflective feeling even when out in public. glad you are trying it out more.

i feel the same way as you. I would call my friendship a “ silent break ”, because me and my long lasting friend lost connection 3 years ago. Like you said that maybe things were not going well for both of our lives and we both chose to digest alone. But the amazing thing is that I reached out to her after the pandemic asking how she’s been doing and such. And then we just reignited this friendship.
