I saw a 3690 in clonmel last week and the sweet sound from d straight pipe was class. I thought of this tractor straight away fair play. Ye never rushed fixing it and done it right when ye got at it. A tractor like that will last forever unlike the demo massey last week and probably end up in your tractor museum in years to come. Love d channel thanks for giving us hours of entertainment every week and tips on d farm. Yer always honest in d videos and when things go wrong ye show it. Im a calf to beef farmer in Tipperary and i used a lot of tips from ye in my rearing of calves especially when dosing and having a health plan and sticking to it. Thanks very much. Your dad is a genius with masseys love watching him at it. Always nice and cool never panickes and gets it done

3000 series are fantastic tractors, I've drive a 3690 with a Hesston 4900 baler. Absolutely love driving and baling in the field with her. I'm more into the manual transmission tractors More controller am more than fun to rowboat through the gears. Great video

That pipe that was leaking on the bottom of diff housing i think has a pre strainer gauze. When bleeding the brakes you clamp off a soft pipe under the distribution valve which forces the oil to the cylinder's and maybe take your time with the pedal! When you hit the oule lad with a eye full of oil he'll let you know that as well!😂

Some job Phil, be a great addition back to ye! One thing I would say though, given the sheer volume of stuff ye have going on, maybe consider getting someone else in to do 1 of these refurb jobs? Hard when you know you can do it yourself but probably easier in long run & quicker for 6480 I'm sure

It's a shame I was told from someone at Dromone informed me when I was looking for a hitch for my 1991 ford 8730 that they no longer make them as they had cleared out there old stock drawing/auto Cad etc for the older tractors... Maby just ford 😮😅.. so still have my trusty swing drawbar till I find or make an appropriate hitch... cracking work on the videos boys.... Good job.. we'll handy addition and nice seeing the old girl back in action. Stay safe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
