This plane is going to make for a great video platform! I'm sure I'm alone in this, but I preferred the non-Hypersmoothed portion of the video. The Hypersmooth section gave me that uncanny valley feeling. It is just short of seeming real.

Not really efficient for me, I use v3 BH 2812 900kv with 9x6 and 5s, average of 140mah/km,similar results on 6s.. With 4-amps it's really slow, 35-45kmph

@@jcfpv3454 I was a skeptic till i tried it. It changed my whole flying experience from using some amount of suspension of disbelief to make me feel like was flying to actually feeling like I was flying. It's a game changer. The only downside I have found is that I completely lost any appetite for analog FPV unless it's a micro plane with an AIO fpv cam. I hardly even do that anymore. I wish DJI had a proper long range system (more than 4km). That's about the only thing I find myself faulting the dji system for. If you have the cash, its definitely worth the price.

@aliberkozderya31123 жыл бұрын
Not the worst choice but probably a bit too big, too serious and too expensive for a first plane. A high wing pusher plane like a bixler or a skysurfer should serve you better as a trainer imo
@AndrewNewton3 жыл бұрын
Not the one, Bixler 2 or Skysurfer X8 as Ali says

The trouble with loading a plane with a heavy load of batteries is if you have a whoopsie your plane will destroy itself. Utterly. Its what happened to me once. All that mass coming to a sudden stop.

some info. at 4:15, there is excess mass in the over-large vert-stab; stab root chords Should be Equal. the limited amount of taper at the tail boom, results in more (aft-located) mass. the mass of servos should Not be located at the tail!! each of these Things Increases tail-heaviness in the dom. the elevator Should extend from stab tip to stab TIP.
