Hey! Great video. I have a couple of questions: 1. As we know the camera is pretty bad, is there an option to replace them with better quality ones. 2. Does heat creep in from the sunroof/sunshade? 3. Can we retrofit an auto-dimming IRVM? 4. When I test drove the car, the camera took its own time to turn on when I used the indicator, have you ever experienced that? 5. Ive booked the Sharp variant, is it worth upgrading to Sharp optional for the additional ADAS features?

1. Yes we can replace it after market 2. No concerns as such with the sunroof:sunshade 3. Yes u can from the after market 4. Yes some time it does has a lag but tht is once in 10 times 5. Yes if u have tht extra budget u can always opt for additional safety features

The second feature is to protect your wipers if u dont have a shed parking. If your car is parked in the sun then u can use this trick to pick the wipers of the windscreen. this will increase the life of the wipers from not getting harden due to the sun.

In blind fold that means with curtain on don you feel heavy heat? 5. 1.The ride comfort is awesome, u dnt feel potholes creeping into the cabin. The car performance was great it just have a small initial lag but down shift should do the job 2. We booked the car the day they started taking bookings for Astor and rec the del in 2 weeks as we were 256 number in pan INDIA. 3.I would suggest the 3D mats as tht is quite reliable and made for rough use 4.The top model has the sun roof. The window curtains does not pass much heat and keeps the cabin cool 5.the visibility Is quite good. The opposite car light is something which does bother while driving but it comes to personal preference if you wanna put a film to avoid light from opposite car

Yes if the car is under direct sunlight then the cabin heats up. But other wise it’s pretty cool with the AC on. The service is great as I had my first service at Goa Haven’t experienced anything related to the sensor issue so had to comment. But the MG guys are always willing to help if any issue this is my experience in Malad and Goa service stations.

Hi , great work digging out hidden features of Astor , my Astor is one month old and still I didn't know all this useful features despite reading the 266 page manual 2 times 😁 , you must be an engineer or car lover or both , the chat boat is not understand what it used to in the first week , I suspect the mic got clogged with dust , it will be useful if you can throw some light on the chat bot communication

Thanks. No I am just a car lover. There is a concern with the bot it only picks up selected words related to the car functions like open sunroof, play next song , stop music etc anything else if you ask the bot it keeps buffering. Also the main issue with the bot is since it’s connected via network there is lot of delay in response due to the network issue. Let me know if this is help full

1st one is not new. i have seen it in other cars too. problem in this car is that the car is manking honk when you click on lock even though other doors are still opened. it is supposed to make lock honk only when all doors are closed. if it doesn't honk then it means one of the doors may not be properly locked. it's most like a safety feature. i think it is not properly implemented in MG.
