Can someone explain, how can local agent of MG would deliver its HS model when govt allowed the local manufacturer to import onlu 100 vehicles and their local assembly plant would take another year or so to comnence operations. I wanted to book th vehicle and am on hold

the company can import as many units as they want by paying full duty. that is what mg is doing.

@@ZulayedFarooqi Any import beyond 100 vehicles is subject to full duty which does not logically allow MG to sell HS model at Rs 57,80,000 per unit unless they pay the difference of around Rs one million from their pocket. I suppose this requires further checking from MG Pakistan before a person books a vehicle at this stage.

@@basharatmalik6840 FBR has initiated an investigation into the matter. Turns out they've been under-invoicing the mg hs at $11600. The same car costs more than twice that in Australia so let's see what happens.

Dear Usman Shoukat Both are Chinese brand. DFSK currently has a better aftersales service while MG doesn't, also 580 Pro is 1 million cheaper and they both differ in unique features such as Glory 580 pro has voice command, MG doesn't. MG has Adaptive cruise control while Glory has simple cruise control. Glory has DVR, MG have Radar. MG has on-coming traffic warning, Glory has kick sensor for boot space opening, etc. So both the cars have different yet challenging features, but considering the aftersales service and price specially we would buy Glory 580 Pro.

turbo car should be used with hi-octane but as the petrol quality has improved in Pakistan specially by PSO. We don't see any problem in using regular super

We cannot suggest at the moment because MG is dealing with local dealers here in Pakistan and it is still not official brand in Pakistan.

this car has excellent cabin insulation. and suspension is BETTER than sportage. and it has 7 years /200000km warranty internationally so i dont care if they have reliability issues as they will get fixed without cost. and it is in high sales in UK and australia and saudi arabia. I dont think if MG made a bad quality car they would be stupid to offer 7 years warranty. and the headquarters of MG is in London not china. i live in saudi arabia and they have 6 years warranty here. who cares if engine explodes after 5 years. you'll get free one the next day. pay attention to warranty.
