But how do you view the speed you are going , real time. My eyes are not good and I wear glasses for driving so the analog dial is very hard to define.

No digital speedo on the MG3. Search some aftermarket head up display unit for digital speed reading

Yes it annoys me too. It's a very analogue car. The fuel light goes from 2 lights to empty.
