Love these lofts so much! So unique especially with the oversized terrace on the one bedroom. I used to live in Vegas and was licensed there as well for a couple of years and loved it so much! I lived at Palms Place and sold there and at One Las Vegas - so Summerlin is my neighborhood! Thank you for these detailed videos that are helping me decide where to live when I come back. I ended up moving here from your original tour a few months ago! As a current resident to anyone interested in this building: The community of people is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. The amenities and most of the staff is amazing. While the units and overall building is nice, it seems like they used cheap contractors. A lot of the units appliances and fixtures seem to be falling apart within the first few months of living here not only for me but for some other residences as well. Waiting to see how management responds as the building expands!

Do you have an issue with mold? While they were under construction last August, during our monsoon season, we had a storm come thru and cause damage to the little Lemon Tree Cafe in front of your apts., that whole building out front had issues after the storm. The cafe owner is very nice, I love that little market, we went in and he said he had to close for a week due to water damage. I have since read some reviews and some are saying they have mold problems and mgmt is skirting the issue? I think it is from that storm that particular day. 3-4k for these and issues already..as for construction, ours are luxury and new as well but I have noticed the same thing. We hear everything! It drives me crazy. If you don't hear traffic, you hear your inconsiderate neighbors, lol.

Definitely Evora floor plans are definitely more upscale and larger than Vestra with very unique floor plans vs Vestra and Vestra you have to qualify at 2.7 x the rent vs Evora is 2.5.

Current Vestra resident here. Take a look at the penthouse units at Vestra. 2700 sq ft + and waaaay nicer.

I have noticed, they are trying to develop these L.A. type communities with these apartments complete with L.A.pricing, but wages here are still Vegas wages, which are low. Unless you specialize in something, no one that is a long time local can really afford these, California pricing on LV wages. 🙁

Thank you for the update, Caroline! Your videos are amazing and super helpful! I kind of have an odd request but can you show more apartments that have hardwood floors as opposed to carpet? I’m looking to move to Vegas in October and noticed most of the apartments there are either fully carpeted or have a carpeted bedroom and I hate apartments with carpet.

It’s just when I get to the apartments I don’t know how they are inside until I get there sometimes the apartments only show the renovated apartments online oppose to the one they have available (which is silly lol) but yes I will try to add more. I myself hate carpet specially when you live in this heat lol 😆

How is the area by the apartments? Are there lots of modern new buildings? Or is it a new building surrounded by old neighborhoods? I’m looking for a very modern clean neighborhoods I live in Irvine in OC Cali now.

@@ginger7778 so the area is surrounded by new and old home builds. It’s a very nice area it’s also not that busy because it is surrounded by family homes.

Yeah, I can't see it unless maybe someone travels all the time for work, never has time for the upkeep a house requires, or they just like apt. living, but yes, that is crazy. And someone on here mentioned she now lives there and the construction is cheap. Welcome to Vegas....lol

@@ForSebastian for me it would be vestra because your surrounded by shops and restaurants. And if you want a social life that would be the best place for you.. ☺️ But it is hard because both properties offer a good community

So they could start at $2000 that’s what they were last time, but it all depends on where the apartment is located if it’s on the high floor it would be abit more if it were on the first floor then it’s abit cheaper like in the $2000. Once they have some available I will check their prices ☺️

The cheapest I seen the studios starting at for mid floors was around 1850!
