MGR was not only a mass hero. He acted in various genres of movies like love, comedy, historical, action and much more. In the last phase of his acting carrier he choose the movies where he can emphasize his political ideas and use it for his political entry. He even got a national award in 1972.Make your facts correct my friend. Even some of his Re-released movies in 90s earned more money than those movies released in 90s.Coming to his political carrier he was never defeated .3 times won continuously. He is such a Charismatic figure. Even before he started his own party he had so much craze. I also read about NTR, He is great politician and cultural icon of Telugu people. I respect that... Both are good in their own ways. Both are legends of South Indian cinema and politics❤. It's better not to compare them and live the legacy that they left behind.

MGR beginning stage was living hell and also his first wife died and he has no children even in his second marriage. MGR mother tongue malyalam, even though he became an big hero and CM in Tamil Nadu. He doesn't smoke or drink and also maintain perfect exercise body throughout his life. But, NTR begining days was not bad compare to MGR. NTR had the opportunity of being with his wife and children. Also NTR smoke and drinks.
