I've got a 1966 230SL which I imported from the US in 2004. It even has an factory installed airconditioner - the compressor was replaced. The chromework in this car is one of the many features which delights the eyes.

Very nice video of a very nice car. The original tank lid should be chrome (not black plastic), and the original glasses of the tail lights should be all red, not with the orange section. The cigarette lighter doesn't appear to be original either. Anyway, this is a very nice car.

A 280SL Pag in showroom condition will set you back $300K- plus GST, if from a dealer. They are gorgeous.

Had one nice car ,watch out they rust badly. Shame door mirror is positioned to far on door should be on top of just behind windscreen frame. Thinks for Video
