@@ebering4.039 Generations had waterless Lagi, and that didn't work out well so they tried to put him back in the water (kind of) before he was scrapped. What I'm saying is that Gen was different, so Gore would have to have to come with Frenzied monsters because it wouldn't make sense if he didn't.

I could see them bringing gore in a kind of frenzy event ala Kulve raid. I would love if the Commander asked the Guild to send in some experts on the matter and we’d get to see the ace hunters again. I mean it’s quite obvious that the A lister is the ace Cadet so we could get a little interaction there too :D

The G-Rank Barioth armor is my favorite. Hopefully they add that into Iceborne some time later if not on release. I want the HD assets and physics on that Barioth coat (and ponytail for female version).

Idk why but I can't get into it as much as I did with Generations and Generations Ultimate. I'll finish it eventually. MHW:IB is still an amazing game, nonetheless.

Gore is one of those monsters that look so cool, but are disappointingly easy. I wish it took more to get him out of his frenzied state, so he could at least pose more of a threat... Oh well, I guess that's what Chaos Gore is for.

In Iceborne the base Barioth armor will be the old low/high rank set instead of the much cooler old G rank set. Luckily there will be Alpha and Beta sets in Master Rank aswell it seems, so maybe we'll get that particular armor (or a new design) as the Beta set. Ps. The Glavenus low/high rank set is much cooler than the G rank set, at least for female. Im happy that we're probably going to get that one.

Sorry for sounding rude but Ebony is not a corrupted/frenzy state, but just an Odo that utilizes the dragon element on its attacks. Though I would be REALLY happy if they added Gore to World, and even more so if they manage to make a whole new story about the virus

I think this is why I enjoy World so much. After Tri the went further and further away from the slow grounded feeling I enjoyed to Naruto levels of of power, psudo magical attacks and speed. World really felt like the older monster hunter hunter games I enjoyed.
