I usually run that HA that sends you flying forwards so I can keep up with monsters and never really tried AA Flare, does it give you a guard point? If so, gonna try it out too, but what are the MVs on it?

Wait, is shelling actually good when used in the correct situations? I've been told that its mostly useless due to scaling.. Also epic speedrun Mai, using one of my favourite weapons against my favourite monster!

Most times when people say GL is "bad" is any regard is because it's a few minutes slower than most other weapons at killing. Shelling can be worse than poking monsters to death but tin the end you should play how you want to. I assume the shelling here is because of not being able to hit weak points all the time? I'm not a speedrunner
