1-planing 2-organising skill 3-time management 4-self regulation :apne emotions, apni ikchhawon,apni jigyasawon ko control rakhna a rakhna, negative emotions ko control karna depression, anxiety anger ko control karna inko sambhalna 5-problem solving:dinbhar ki problems ka shahi tareeqe se hal nikal pana uske liye sahi beemari ka ilaj yoga excercise nahi karti beemari se deal karne me help karti hai karne

If patient understands all this then there is no problem.The person affected says I am ok you only need therapy T hen what.to do. Shakki mizaj,hyper in everything It,s very difficult for family members

Yoga can reduce anxiety and help you feel good. Focus more on Asanas, less on pranayama
