Trying to watch all of your videos. Eight months late but you have great knowledge and share it with your viewers. Thank you for all of your videos and the work you put into them. Best of all of the fishing videos.

The reason I like this fishing vlog is because it is more realistic. Showing how hard it really is to go catch fish.

I appreciate that!

So your not into the Googan douche bags screaming about a bass "choking" on over priced lures? Haha. .I agree 👍

Appreciate you Hood, you keep me interested even though the Illinois is failing miserably as a fishery!!!!! Looking forward to a move south and chasing blues and flats with some type of chance for a score! Stay safe my man, stay safe!

Looks like a good place to pick up a few pounds of lead sinkers.

Otters are really cool to watch but very destructive, my great grandmother had a pond that had monster bass in there, 7,8,and 9 pounders. And a couple otters moved in and cleaned out the pond for the most part had to have someone trap them. Love the videos, this is the kind of fishing I do here in ct.

Mornin Y’all! River levels are based off of mean sea level. 4.6 is above sea level. The Mississippi River is 175 feet deep, in the channel, at Baton Rouge just as a reference. Some places it over 175.

In the snaggy area why not fish with a float? Like 2 or 3 ft.deep??
@yougonnaeatthat98892 жыл бұрын
Or a slip float at whatever depth you want. Bouncing big live bait along the revetment as he calls it is a blast but it does involve some interaction not just stickng the rod in the holder.

Probably a good spot to get a bunch of lead though when the rivers down so low
@solomonjacobsen81922 жыл бұрын
Mark, I think the best way to fish spots like this, is to fish a 10-15lb mono dropper on your lead. The lead is expendable. It breaks off and you can just fight the fish. I will send you whatever lead you need, if you lose lead trying this.
@robb57062 жыл бұрын
We use to use spark plugs in rocky areas instead of lead tied with lighter line than the main line.
