Just started playing on PS5. Im in high rank using the rarity 6 bow, how did you get your attack and affinity so high?

I used mega demondrug, might seed, and might powder to increase temporary attack mid game. My food skills that increase attack is dango booster.And palico temporary buff (05:10), rousing roar (increase affinity 30%, base weapon affinity 15% so that total shown after run 45%) and power drum (increase attack).
