World's towns and areas are the absolute best in the series. Everything felt alive and like it belonged in that world. 1k hours in World and I'd go back in a heartbeat if someone I knew was starting it fresh

@@ohmabones2492 me too. If it’s winter time and your entire theme for an area Is prioritized for a new year, it doesn’t really make sense. I love the Astera Christmas gathering hub but the Seliana is not the best.

The amount of detail and just immersion in World is incredible. The world feels lived in. Here's hoping that they can recapture this feeling with the next one!

Man, I miss this theme now that they're bringing back all the past festivals. I'm super grateful that they're doing this since I started pretty late with World/Iceborne but I am also gonna be happy when everything turns back to normal.

Man this theme is just... Its like a party i love it. Hearing this and petting my palico made this my favorite installment of any DLC to any game ever and it wasnt even because im a monster hunter fanboy. MHW was actually my second favorite entry but now its my fav.

I still think colorful banquet from 4U is the best gathering hall theme, sublime and untouched, like the calm before the storm, seeing as how 4U had the apex menace I think is fitting. Seliana on the other-hand gives a feeling of hope, to prosper in hardship is the way of the master hunter.

It has a communal armory and access to the Argosy and botanical research without going back into town after your mission so as far as functionality goes its much better than the Astera hub if you often play with friends, only snag is if you have to see the elder melder or report to the ecological research wyverian those are still in town with the council table

possibly solo if the energy level goes zero, and getting zero energy level requires lotta retreating safi. Much more efficient to do so in multiplayer
