Hi Amy, I tried your recipe yesterday. I did a slight adjustment, I used 170g cream cheese and 200g whipping cream, cos the brand which I bought comes in 200g only. The end result was still good and my family members loved it! As I’m very new to baking, can you advise me how to adjust your recipe if I wanted to add Greek yogurt? Looking forward to your reply. Hello Amy, I made this cheesecake yesterday, but it actually kinda failed? Idk, I think you added to little gelatine powder, because I followed your recipe but it’s not firm at all after putting it in the refrigerator. Also, I think you kind of messed up the quantity of the cream cheese and the whipping cream? Because the whipping cream is a lot more that the cream cheese which made the cheesecake doesn’t have a strong cream cheese flavour.
