Could someone please explain to me why keeping the origin of the muscle stable ? Why not move both ends towards eachother to make the muscle even shorter ? Would that not create an even greater contraction ? Great video !

@@MI40MuscleIntelligence hey Ben, you should look into Dan Kittredge of the Bionutrient Food Association!! He has a great series of videos for the living food web KZbin where he talking about farming practices that result in SIGNIFICANTLY higher nutrient density foods. We’re talking 10 times certain minerals, 200 times the anti oxidants, 500 times the polyphenols.. and NO GLYPHOSATE! And that’s comparing apples to Apples (carrots to be exact). Conventional farming depletes soil minerals, organic matter and microbial life. Only when we work within nature’s paradigm and the soil food web are the resulting foods truly nourishing. After hearing you talk to TJ Robinson I can tell you this is right up your alley and potentially paradigm shifting. It was for me!
