ചേച്ചി ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. അടിപൊളി ആയി കിട്ടി. ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഞാൻ വെള്ളേപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. പക്ഷെ നല്ല soft ആയി കിട്ടി. എല്ലാ credit ഉം ചേച്ചിക്കാണ്. 😘😘😘😘

Mia I made Palappam as per your recipe today, did all the grinding work yesterday evening and kept it for fermentation by 8 pm. The batter did not rise at all even after 12 hours, I made a few at 10 am they were miserable, something like neer dosa. Again made it at 5 pm adding a pinch of baking soda it came out well. What went wrong? Why the batter did not come up? Measurements were as per the recipe. The water 3.5 cups seems to be a little too much, my batter was watery even with 3 cups of water. (1 cup=250 ml) was the urad dal at 1 tbsp less? Mine may be little old probably. Can you advise? I don't like to use baking soda or yeast.

നല്ല സോഫ്റ്റ് പാലപ്പം ആണല്ലോ 👌👌പശുവിൻ പാൽ ചേർത്ത് പാലപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത്. എന്തായാലും അമ്മമ്മയുടെ സ്പെഷ്യൽ പാലപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കണം 👍👍
