You want your money back from the product you don't want, and you don't want to write a book with customer service about why you're returning the item, nor do you want to jump through a million hoops just to return something. Coming from someone who used to work at a chain store for decor and housewares: There's probably 1 of each type missing in the dinnerware set because they were used for display and the "missing" pieces were either lost, damaged, or taken and replaced by the company managing the displays. They could have also been sold off separately for a discount if they couldn't find the whole set or a customer wanted them

I ordered one of these pallets a few years ago and a ton of the stuff was used. Customers had ordered new pans, put their old ones in the box and shipped it back for a refund. It was a fun experience but I would advise anyone considering this to do it for fun, not to get cool stuff. I think I ended up keeping like 4 items out of 250. Lots and lots of heavily uses or broken stuff.

I was so enthralled with the haul, that I did not notice that Mia and Mom were in matching outfits on day two until close to the end of the video. I especially enjoyed the sections where everyone was getting tired. Giggling and dropping things is also my go to when tired. I like the idea of donating many of the usable items. This was fun. Do more in themes: holiday, fashion whatever.

YES YES...more return items. I love to see these. I didn't think you did so bad on this...some of the smaller chips on the kitchenware is no big deal...they still work. That deep lasagna dish was awesome. Love Corelle. And the bins...well..no lids but you can still use them.

ProTip: For the items without screws, it's often not that hard to find the right hardware. You can almost always find a user manual online if it doesn't come in the box, and they'll often give screw dimensions that you can go to the hardware store to get, as well as any nuts and bolts or washers sizes. If the manual doesn't specify that information, you can go onto Amazon for the item and ask what kind of hardware it uses and the size of that hardware, and the manufacturer or some other representative will usually answer the question for you in a few days. This can be especially helpful for brackets.

Pro tip Mia for those chipped dishes! I used to flip vintage dishes and learned that you can file most chips down to a smooth edge with a regular old nail file. I would still sell them as chipped, but they were totally functional, usually even the lids, and 9/10 you didn't even know where the chips were anymore. So you could file those edges and still dono the dishes - they would be perfectly useable and safe!

My true love when it comes to dishware. ❤💕💞 I still have one each of the large plates from my mom's two different old sets from when I was a kid (and I think they might be older than me but I never checked) that managed to survive my klutz stage! Honestly, I'd have more of those but too many people liked to "borrow" dishes and mom was too trusting back then (may she R. I. P.). 😅 Plus I have a newer complete 4 person square set (large and small plate, bowl and mug). I'm actually considering getting another set in just basic white because every other set my mother and I have owned has had patterns but those go out of style eventually or you get tired of them. Basic white can at least mix and match with other items easily enough to spice them up no matter the style, lol. 😁👍
