I am so used to seeing Sam on Tom's left, with Zee on Tom's right, it felt 'off' for me...like someone sitting in 'my' chair at the dinner table...guess I am a creature of habit. It is AWESOME to see the three of you together again in any case. Anywho, I thought I had enough of zombies and the games that they drag along with them...but this really looks different and fun. Once again, you opened my eyes to something I would have passed over, but now want to play. Thank you MD for your time in this.

I did the kickstarter and it is solid. The expansions make it better espically with the co op mode. I do think they should offer the big mutant model they have for the kickstarter because it is so much more fun with the huge mini

You could get it from Funagain Games (f.e. through Amazon) for appr. 50€ (incl. shipping), which is quite a lot of money...

An interesting review, I really enjoyed this! To be honest, when I first heard about this game, I thought that there was no way I would be interested, so much so that I almost didn't watch this review. But after seeing this I see that the game seems much more fun than I would have ever guessed! I will be looking to see this one in my LGS! Thanks for intel!

Just played this today and got a combo! It was a bit wasted as I got to take out 6 zombies and only had 3 on my board...but still. 😀 Of course that was in game 3, in game one I went all or nothing for a combo and got eaten. 😄

Not sure if I'm playing this game wrong, but I find it boring and repetitive, with no feeling of interconnection between players, whether it's in a competitive sense or a co-operative sense. I feel like it has great potential....but just really lacks something to make it exciting and interesting. We've barely finished a game...we usually just play until we get bored of it.

The game is great, but the box is horrible. Good quality, but odd size and it doesn't fit the expansions.

wait, zombies run AWAY? That's new :D Happy to see MD is back. Not a fan of action dice though, so I'll pass. Were the minis really necessary (beside pushing up the cost and looking cool)? On the plus side, it looks like it plays better as a solitaire game than Dawn of the Zeds. They mentioned the 2-act game style. Have they played or reviewed Dark, Darker, Darkest yet? That is a 2-in-1 game with a big fat dose of luck/frustration for good measure and everyone's favorite underused zombie theme.... :P

I think it is more that *you* run away, and the slow zombies fall behind and go to farther zones.

Yeah... I always love mini's, I think they enhance any game. In this case however, for what the game is, I think I would have preferred standee's and have it be 10 bucks cheaper. Game does look really fun, but $40-50 for a light filler is a stretch.
