Beaz is a maroon dude. He wants a tougher team but the one guy he wants to keep is tua, the glass flower vase in the backfield? Sorry, you can’t create a tough team and keep tua as its leader.

You should do a spell check if you’re going to call someone a “moron.” I don’t know what a maroon is and I doubt many people do.

Grier, worst GM in football

Saying Grier is an "average" GM is quite generous. At this point, Grier's decision making seems much more motivated by keeping his own job security, rather than what's in the best interest for the team. I have yet to hear anyone make a compelling argument for retaining Grier.

They should have offered AVG and contract. I think he was one of the hearts of this team.

To many mistakes in the draft that set the team back. Could've had lamar jackson, tj watt and penei Sewell. Not only thatlast couple drafts they reached on positions that were not needed cam smith and jaylin wright were not positions of need. Could've used those picks on o line and d line which are a consistent problem. Can't run or stop the run. Either get new scouts or new gm or both something needs to change.

Igbo in 2020, Eichenberg instead of Creed Humphrey, no attempt to resign AVG, Williams, Davis or Jones, drafting Tindall and Smith, trading for Chubb, luxury picks like Jaylen Wright and many many more questionable decisions have led to the poorly constructed roster we see today.

@SaintMichael-js5kh47 минут бұрын
Grier’s rebuild is an unmitigated disaster. He should’ve been fired with Flores. He has whiffed on way too many draft picks and free agents. The roster is top heavy with aging players and bloated salaries. He also loves signing/drafting players with significant injury histories that are never available in December. Our salary cap situation is a dumpster fire. What has he done to deserve another season?

Grier has to go. He's made way too many picks that aren't good when other players, that are flourishing elsewhere, were available for him to pick. Signing big names at the end of thier careers is another bad thing he does. They need to take what the Lions did to build their team. Solid line play and a run game is how you win in cold/bad weather.

Home losses last 2 years vs Titans to QBs Will Levis and Mason Rudolph. Says it all.
@dave345732 сағат бұрын
Lamar lost to Gardner Minshew and the Raiders at home. Burrow lost 16-10 to Jacoby Biscuit and the Patriots and it was not the defenses fault wonder why Bengals are not making the playoffs. All good teams lose to bad team.
@AnEyeRacky3 сағат бұрын
Is it salvageable? Yah i think so. Spend all remaining resources on the trenches, draft and cap, and pick up a real safety to play next to Holland whom you tagged because he is going to command way too much. Or we can start cutting/trading off some big names to invest in the trenches. They already signed Tua long term so you have to try and make it work with him, and that means building a wall in front of him and play solid defense....which to be honest, most qbs in the league should be able to succeed with that 🤷 Should have made Tua play on the 5th year option. If you did sign him this year, it would have been at a much lower number because, to the suprise of no one, he got hurt again, another concussion....or you dont sign him long term at all and try it all over again with someone else. All better options then what we are dealing with now

Channing crowder and the rest doesn't watch dolphins game.. Completion percentage comes from over half his throws are screens. He's a spor thrower.. im surprised beasley doesn't recognize that.. tua might throw 25 times 13 will be screens so if he doesn't hit on any of his other passes that's over 50% .. For 70% he would only need 4 1/2 more passes.. if you keep tua he still wont get a playoff win..
@tonerz0fdubb7165 сағат бұрын
You trade hill this offense and Tua isn’t the same. You paid Tua 50 mil a year because of what he did with hill/waddle. without hill teams will have a even easier time defending against Tua and the spot throwing

So both starting tackles are out injured. You got Robert Jones playing instead of Isaiah Wynn who’s been ready to play for three weeks but the stupid coach refuses to put him in same way he refused to put Chubb in who got hurt a year ago using it as an excuse in case he loses Well he didn’t play and Chubb or Wynn no, you had them. You just refuse to put them in so you had an excuse when your team lost. Please tell me how players like Eikenberg and Julian Hill are still on this team? Aren’t you glad you didn’t pay Holland? Do you understand now why the bills didn’t re-sign Poyer? And when is Ramsey supposed to start looking like a pro bowl player instead of just slightly above Kader Kohoe

Beas hit the nail on the head in this. Ive been saying for a long min now, grier needs to go because he cant eval Oline talent to save his life. I dnt like the tua hate about cold weather ( i fking hate tua, but ffs if he got drafted by a team that played in the cold he wld absolutely adapt to it) but regardless of all the talking points, the fact of the matter is that this oline is not built to allow routes to develop. Its not built to allow the run game to set any type of tempo. Imho we wld be ao much better off if instead of investing in hill, if we had invested in the oline, this wld be a dramaticly different season
