I feel like every time Embiid is on the court I’m about to see a career ending injury. He is so big and sloppy and unhealthy. Definitely wouldn’t trade for him at this stage. I would however try to get Myles Turner. Dunno what that would take, but i would be willing to part with Duncan/Jaime/Ware or something like that to get him. Bam does not look good at center and to be honest, I think he’s over battling with guys much bigger than him.

Jimmy def did wanted to stay. And thats why i said if we kept jimmy and dropped harris we would have been back in it. And just a year or two later jimmy makes it to the finals. Its not embiids fault. This year started off wrong early. Its too soon to say embiid wont turn up. Its clear as day he is still recovering from injury. Dude he played his ass off last playoffs that lose againts the knicks was not on embiid at all. Game 6 harris 0 points 29 minutes. Lets not forget embiid got the team in the playoffs when he was not playing the team was 16-27 when he came back 31-8 so how you figure that he wont changed up before we get into mid of the season. Miami has all the leverage. Philly has 2 bad contracts that have 4 - 5 years left on them, Embiid and Paul George. These contracts will put them in cap hell for the foreseeable future. The Heat should offer them Butler, JJJ, Jovic, and Rozier (with these guys they can get off of Butler this summer or next same with Rozier). If you have to include Ware. In return the Heat get Embiid, McCain and 2 - 3 first round picks (but one has to be this years and unprotected). Miami should then tank, which means we'll have 2 top 5 picks Maybe we might get lucky and get Flagg. Philly has no leverage and they would be stupid not to make this deal. Reply
