@samikatz826 not really. The friend/lawyer might take the case just to see for herself if there's concrete evidence against the defendant, and if so, she's likely to drop the case and cut all ties. Even if she gives her friend the benefit of the doubt, I'm pretty sure that if the defendant is convicted, she'd most likely cut all ties with said friend/defendant. She would be doing her job, and she might not even accept. Just because someone is friends with such a person doesn't mean they should be looked into. She's probably just as shocked as everyone else.

Correction: Psychologists don’t treat crazy people! This is why people fail to seek help because of that very stereotype, which is 💯 false! Psychologists treat people for various emotional disturbances, that having nothing to do with psychosis. They seek psychologists out for divorce trauma, loss of a loved one, dealing with past trauma from a young age, accidents, fears, phobias…They treat most people for situational emotional ‘upset’.

I think she meant the “legal” age of brain development is 18-because I had this same 🚩in “fact reporting”. What’s interesting as we continue to study this, is that 25 is only now the accepted defined aged, but is not limited to the age of 25-suggesting that some people may continue to develop past that age or have delayed development… kinda like a bell curve in development. It’s quite fascinating.

Trust is earned in any relationship. So your statement is incorrect . The problem is our society and what laws are governed and those that are not. Liberals play a huge part in breaking up families. Families are becoming non essential in our society leaving these children as prey to the predators. And the root cause to it all is evil. Man and woman bound together in love is the essence of life that needs to be protected.

She's not the judge that is handling the case and most likely just hearing the arraignment. She may be one of the view judges to do arraignments in Miami where the other judges hear the actual case and hear the trial. Not the case for all courts but for large cities it's often the case. She most likely goes through hundreds of arrangements a day, whereas this trial will most likely take months and be presided over by her actual judge.

Yeah while the psychologist is indeed predatory, and should be locked up, the 15 year old undoubtedly went along with the behavior and had no parental supervision whatsoever. The fact she left the hotel room at 6am the next morning is absolutely insane, because it indicates her parents are horrible parents, and that the 15 year old was seemingly unconcerned about her own decision making.
