@@blazedkromer8922 miata's are a ton of fun as winter drivers! I daily drove miatas for 2 winters in a row and had almost no issues. Get some good tires and you will be good for almost everything winter has to throw at you. Obviously with it being such a small and low car the big snow storms can be a bit of a problem.

Did you have to cut any wires, read their installation process online and it said something about UK Cars being different (& it saying plug & play). So I’m confused and not sure, currently having trouble with mine. :(

No i didn't have to cut anything, it should just plug right up! When mines installed and I disconnect the battery and reconnect it it makes the lights do a little wink up and down phase, maybe see if yours is doing this.

I downloaded the "MX5tech Remote" App, and it automatically connected to my car. The main menu in the app has 2 options, "test diagnostic" and "test wink". All of the wink functions are obviously under the "test wink" option. I'd be curious to see what would happen if multiple cars with the module were beside each other with multiple people giving commands!

The kit is made to plug directly to the Miata headlights, however I'm sure you could figure out all of the power outputs from the control box through the harness to make it work for other applications. What car would you put it in?

No mine works fine as long as I’m within 15’ ish of the car. Make sure your battery is fully charged. If not that maybe there’s just something wrong with the unit itself!
