@@daniel106 Reddick doesn’t come close to Parsons in everything that matters, Reddick was double teamed much less yet still had a lower pass rush win rate, and this is him having an all time defensive interior at his side. Reddick is good, Parsons is better, Parsons is in fact pretty much consensus number 1 or 1a 1b with Bosa for best edge rusher right now. Not even Bosa has Parsons pure relentlessness though.

He's not saying the team should have more sacks, he's saying Micha would have more sacks with any type of interior pressure. Micha is a 20+ sack per year talent but he gets trapped up the field way too often because the QB can just comfortably step up.

This is why Mazi was drafted and I think Overshown as well. They need a dude to plug the middle and Mozi has some pass rush in him I saw it on tape he just wasn't asked to be that dude at Michigan. Overshown is a huge ? as to what he will play. I don't see him making a huge jump in game knowledge to play LB in the NFL by September but he does have all the traits they need for a dude that can play DE if he gets a few moves and some technique.

Micah wasn’t the only one getting pressure. Our defensive line was second in sacks you can even see it in the video. It’s just parsons is faster than everyone.This defense also led the league in turnovers. So everybody is making plays. I do agree the interior pressure was lacking

I've been saying this since DAY ONE when Parsons "HIT THE SCENE": Dallas needs a BETTER, more CONSISTENT pass-rusher than "TANK" Lawrence to "COUNTER" Parsons. Having "ONLY ONE" great pass-rusher is like a bird trying to fly on one wing. And that's besides the drafting of Mazi. The Cowboys have to make offenses PAY for DOUBLE, TRIPLE, and even HOLDING Parsons! Yeah, I said it! Parsons be getting held - A LOT. Without a GREAT 2nd. pass-rusher, the Cowboys are going to to Parsons what they did to Ware. He never had a GREAT, CONSISTENT for him, either. Just a bunch of on / off players.

If we had a real GM vs Jerry getting in his feelings and staying tied to players we would be dominating with how we draft. Free agency is where we lack HEAVY. I would’ve traded D-Law last year, maybe even before that, depending on what I got back. Cowboys don’t get value out of players when they leave. Look at Zeke and Dez. How can you be that slow? I would’ve traded Schultz, D-Law, LVE, Gallimore, and Zeke LAST YEAR. That draft would’ve been 6-7 top 100 picks. That’s easy especially with trading back in the first. Don't think you're taking salary cap hits into account though... Sometimes you have to wait an extra year to release people depending how money has been moved around etc. If a team has to eat a massive amount of money to get one of your people in a trade, they likely won't...and even if they do, you aren't getting much in draft capital return either. Even if it's time to move on, sometimes you kind of have to stick with what you have for an extra year. Schultz was on a tag and no one wanted an 11 million TE for one or part of a season, he was a FA before that so we couldn't trade him, could only tag him. LVE they did not pick up 5th year option, he peeked around the market and signed a super, super cheap deal to stay in Dallas and he was quite productive last year... Gallimore still on rookie contract so not hurting that much in cap and provided depth...Zeke was the one you really have issue with I think, but it made more sense salary cap-wise to not release him until this offseason.
