I agree with you. In general we live more and more in a world the feeds off of negativity and the ones that don’t are automatically leaders under much scrutiny and criticism. Devils don’t like love, peace, harmony, positivity etc. He did a very good job of sharing and showing that he’s DEFINITELY aware while still being a competitor with sportsmanship. He is a great leader as he was humble in being a follower first of greats like DLaw as he mentioned. I hope he’s always a Cowboy bc another thing I’ve noticed he’s a true fan of the team while playing for them and that’s rare on teams especially when money is involved

Micah I totally agree with everything you said! This team needs mental toughness as well as those coaches! Ever team member needs to hold each other & coaches accountable! Coaches need to hold team members accountable when they are not playing as they should. Put them on the bench periodt!

What about the front office that's made up of family members that have no chance of being fired so they don't have to do a good job on the football side of things? How do you hold them accountable? The problem that can't be fixed with the Cowboys.

Football is a family business. You have The Hunt's, The Mara's, The Rooney's, The c Kraft's ... We also have two teams that's related to Sam Walton. (Rams & Broncos.)

I will tell you what issues need to be addressed. Building a team requires an understanding of the game and the importance of the team’s greatest strengths. The OL needs to be built with three interior linemen who can run block well. I would love for Dallas to go back to using a fullback and a power back in the backfield. A good running game sets up an even more effective passing game. Likewise, a team must be able to stop the run with a very strong mid three. If playing a 4-3, it is the two DT and MLB, or if playing a 3-4, the NT and two ILBs. You stop the run and force the opposing team the pass the ball. That’s when the OLBs and edge rushers put pressure on QBs, and when DBs pick off passes. Dallas has been very weak in the power running game offensively and stopping the run on defense.

@@harry0042 That's the point.... It is an atypical situation. The owner and GM are usually 2 different roles. Jerry and Stephen should not have their cake and eat it too. They should not be insulated from criticism. and the only power you have as a fan is to not give the Jones money via tix or merch.. I love the Cowboys but have lost any faith over the decades with the front office leadership. Their decision taint all football activities... no Superbowls not even a conference title game in 26 years or so...

That's quite comical on Parson part. Its quite well known that he's a big part of the problem and exhibits zero leadership. He's late for meetings and team functions, argues with coaches and is often not prepared. He thinks he's above it all. Good luck Cowboys.

As a Cowboy fan I wish Micah would just focus on getting better. He is too hungry for attention. He literally was a non factor when we needed him the most in the playoffs. Now he's talking again. Make some plays in the playoffs or shut up and practice
