This is the greatest tenor saxophone performance I've ever experienced. I mean, I wasn't there live. At the time, I was 9 years old and just beginning to play the instrument. Later my teacher introduced me to MB, whom I heard live once in the mid-90s. But this performance continues to blow my mind more than any other recording of MB or any other tenor saxophone performance I've heard.
