Cohen's role of narrator of this fiasco was, to my senses, almost impeccable. He walked through the case with the jury and the audience--producing mountains of receipts. He served his time, some of which was medieval. He's told us he "was" a liar (past tense.). Those facts haven't changed. So, for now, very credible despite the circus.

The perjury Cohen committed and for which he went to prison was for the *benefit* of Trump. I don’t understand why you and your fellow Trumpers can’t get it through your heads that you’ve been conned. He’s cheated his employees, his wives, and his lenders for almost 50 years. Trump is no more a martyr than Al Capone.

ME AS A JUROR ON THIS CASE: Have anyone ever called someone about something you thought was very important to you at that given moment but when you get on the phone the conversation changed to something completely different either because the person on the other side of the phone asked you a question 1st or brought up a topic not related to the reason for your initial call and when you get off the phone you realize you never did get to ask your question or concern or decided that now was not the right time to discuss that? That is what I believe happened to Cohen. Ya know, not for anything, but there is a whole cultural thing going on with Mr. Cohen that everyone seems to be forgetting: he's a New Yorker, and New Yorkers are by and large gutsy, brash, often irreverent, mouthy, and hot-headed. I'm from New Jersey, so I can relate. We're often just 'out there' and take no prisoners; either hit first or at least hit back.
