Interesting advice and I actually agree with it. For some reason, too many people are intimidated by others who are more talented ... in certain aspects. Yet, if you elect to gain members who are more skilled, growth will occur whether by innovation or some other forms of return(s).

Wow, what's with the comments? Maybe my brain is backwards but Walt Disney himself trusted him... Who can come close being better than that? He is just saying hire someone "better" because what else is he supposed to say? If he said hire someone "worse" than you, I think you'd still throw fits. And for some weird reason, it all looks like a divine comedy to me. It can't be real, like... are you all just some kind of a weird opposite reflection of me or is my brain backwards??? 😂😂😂
