Michael English is arguably the greatest Christian singer , he's got an awesome voice , sings with so much conviction and his testimony is powerful . I'm really glad that despite all the challenges he went through , Mike came back singing for the Lord again . I saw Michael LIVE in 1996. It was without a doubt the most mesmerizing evening I ever spent in my 73 years on this earth,,,with a veey special Christ filled woman name of Mary S. ,. A year or 2 later he was embroiled in scandal and I prayed for his healing fervently.

Micheal can deliver a song like no other. The Holy Spirit moves no matter where you may be when you hear him. I'm free and In Christ Alone are the ones where he gives his teatimony and his praise. You can see his humble spirit as he stands and gives his heart to the congregation. In his testimony he said he ask God to heal him and he said that God said let's do it together. How many times do we ask the same thing; and we might get the greater walk and blessing if we just go through with our Lord beside us.

When my life seemed to be falling apart, I got a cassette tape featuring all of Michael English's songs. That dates me, lol. I listened every night and it made me stronger and got me through. To this day, whenever I hear this song I cry. Thank you Michael English for bringing this song to life. Praise my Lord forver and I know he stands by me every step of the way.

Michael has made a comeback, ladies and gentleman--This is an example that God can forgive those because Michael sinned just like the rest of us, but he also was healed of his demons and he is singing with more conviction than ever. I believe he will be doing greater works this next year. He is truly a minister of the gospel and we need more of those in the Christian music industry.

I don’t know if people who do not sing, and who think that this is really pretty for example can fully understand just how great of a vocalist he was in his prime. I’ve been doing this since I was 18 months old and got to know most of the major figures in Christian music, including Mike, And it was one of the honors of my entire life to be able to sing with him more than once on stage. He is literally the single greatest vocalist in any genre of music in history.
