I just love Michael Jackson. Like many others I grew up watching and loving his music; I remember as a 2yr old watching smooth criminal on a VHS tape my dad had recorded on. Although I never met him...I am glad I got to see him alive on TV...where children who weren't born until after his death won't get to experience that aspect of it. Even though we have KZbin to see all his videos (thank goodness) it still won't ever be the same as seeing him live on tv performing and knowing his presence was still here on earth. However, it does make me super happy when I see very young ppl who also love Michael...it just goes to show how influential this man was/is till this day. He was such a gem...one in a million.

I was 3 at this time if it was in 96'. I think he really did love children genuinely and never hurt them. You can tell in his body language that he's harmless and doing it from his heart. I think he could have done things differently though regarding sharing his bedroom with them. I don't believe he ever did anything inappropriate but I think he was too kind and giving, a man with a soft heart, soft spoken, that he didn't understand the severity of how it looked to other people.

That s the point! Michael Jackson was just pure at heart, his mind was always thinking good and positive. He could not believe that a "certain world" was seeing him in a negative ( and dirty) way. Michael was not " prepared" to face that "mean" world. He was a truly special human being.
