Just got turned on in March 2021 after seeing him on CBS Sunday Morning. You are absolutely right, he is deserving of accolades - up there with the greats. ! I'm in my 50's and I have been waiting on him - a timeless songwriter, artist, musician that's divinely inspired.

I find it hard to understand how the audience could just sit there. I saw a bit of head-bobbing but not much more. That aside, I am glad of the day a friend recommended Michael Kiwanuke to me. He is nothing short of amazing - a voice like warm chocolate, like a 1970s soul legend. Speaking of legends - he is surely destined to be one.
