I really enjoy listening to other people's stories. Thanks Iain and Michael. And I think he is right the journey continues and there is no specific end. As much as I like the concept of Advaita I can relate to what Michael is saying here completely.

Loved every minute of this interview 🙏🏻 I connected with lots and I’m grateful for your journey so far Michael 🙏🏻 Very grounding and yet up in the air! So the reality truly comes through and I found this extremely helpful and inspiring 🙏🏻 Wonderful ❤️ Conscious TV 📺 I came across your interviews many years ago, at the beginning of my ‘Awakening’ without me knowing I was! Thank you and I’ve always had a feeling I’ll share my journey, experiences, highs, lows, understanding and most importantly the simplicity of our purpose here 🙏🏻 Self enquiry without knowing its going on truly delivers the answers and this never ends 🙏🏻

Wow! I had the exact same experience as a child, making a "casket" out of the couch cushions and lying there with arms crossed over my chest imagining death. Also needle junkie and heroin addict from age 15 to 25. It took a lot for me to get over it. I overdosed a couple of times and had obes. 90% of my friends are now dead.

Great interview and interesting journey. The Absolute as I've understood it especially through Adi Da Samraj's teachings is not something set apart, different or other, but rather the very context of life itself. Objects are not separate from that One or Wholeness.

Thank you so much for this interview!! Very much enjoyed it and though through different experiences, I have reached the same realizations as Michael has. Being human is embracing it all and delighting in the totality of the duality, all about balance and befriending your shadow - a grand adventure we all share, a neverending story that goes on an on into eternity... There are so many daily miracles and subtleties to delight in, if you are simply present to notice...

I don't know if it's up to you, but if when you publish the videos you also insert subtitles, you give the possibility to those who do not know the English language to request automatic translation into their own language. Thanks for your valuable work.

So it's awakening in duality, not "enlightenment" to nonduality.

*_“What I would say - and I think this is one of the things that people get potentially confused about - it doesn’t feel as though that moment of awakening is a final moment. There’s nothing final about it, insofar as life goes on."_* Life goes on, yes, but the restless searching for something more or better stops, as does any confusion or doubt about what one is - about what reality itself is (those aren’t two things). *_"For me, this realization or awakening was_** incredibly **_subtle, which is what made it so poignant_* […] *_It’s that subtlety of just feeling your feet on the ground, or having a conscious breath, or the smell of the food as you walk into the kitchen. It’s these small moments that we’re just not attuned to, but if we were, we’d realize that this need for this big, grand experience is something of a hindrance."_* While it’s true that many seekers harbor unrealistic or overblown beliefs and expectations about awakening, it’s not accurate to imply that the only thing standing in their way is a lack of attention to the subtleties of life. Those subtleties, along with everything else, are being filtered moment by moment through a sort of cloud of misidentification, which has an effect analogous to a strong signal getting obscured by background noise. Ironically, given Michael’s comments above, the operation of this noisey/cloudy mediating factor is incredibly _subtle_ (even if its effects often aren’t), and normally can’t be recognized except in hindsight, after it’s dropped away.

The trap of the perfection. How far is perfection from imperfection? Life is everything has life. Quantum has life. Neuron has life. You don’t need to know quantum’s and neuron’s life. You only need to know they have life, everything has life.

Genuine, wonderful, spot on. Thank you! Some highlights that speak of consciousness (for me): Surface & depth; (and the perception of noth -- loved the analogy of the duck pond); Subtlety ... so vital! Complementarity within duality (sadness & joy; feel free to be stuck and being unstuck...); Tools: Breathwork, meditation, relationship... ... ¡Gracias! Thank you from Bolivia❤💛💚 🐛🦋 León 🦁
