Michael Neill has two strengths.. firstly when you listen to him you get insights (at least i do) and secondly he is very entertaining! its a good mix.

Change your perspective on depression. This kind of thinking 'this is terrible what i am going to do.. oh my god i need therapy whats wrong with me.. this is horrible.. im doomed my whole life is going to be a nightmare' etc. etc. this kind of thinking.. then you will suffer. Change that to 'oh its raining today (psycologically raining i mean) eh.. nevermind the sun might come out tomorrow' then done. Your experience of depression changes and its not a problem anymore. Having said that i still do not like the feeling of depression but to change it in that way will help.
