Love the “ignoring the guy with the map next to you” analogy. Maybe it’s because I work in tourism so it feels particularly apt. Coordinating many groups in Spain, I used to have to go to check in with them all and trouble shoot all sorts of situations and I would run myself ragged. I remember when I first started to pay attention to that innate knowing, “that letting go of the controls” and going with my intuition and how incredibly surprised I was that it actually worked. I hadn’t even Intended to do it, it just happened naturally, as there was no effort involved it felt almost like cheating. I had no idea how much I’d been desperately trying to control all areas of my life, I feel it as a clawing at the reins trying to hold back a bolting mustang, futile and exhausting but you’re terrified you’ll fall off if you don’t keep it up. Thank you so much for this, all of it resonated which is my litmus test. Extremely helpful. Am just gutted that the puppy never made an appearance!

I don't mean any disrespect to your wife, but can you help me find a man as handsome and as intelligent, and spiritual as you. This is a real question.
