He handled with class, dignity, and professionalism. Something the experts and the Media did not have nor show. His performance in the game, leading his team back from a 10-0 deficit, it may not seem like much now, but no team had won this game down that much. Then the 2nd Quarter happened. His 4 TD passes in one quarter, and the 35 they scored are still SB records. Being a Reds**in fan, it's still my FAVORITE MOMENT EVER!! Because we were watching history!

We rocked your jersey with pride and your shoes, and it was like being proud of your big brother to wear them. But when it comes down to what you went through, we watched the politics do you wrong. We watched people hate you because you were a successful Black man, and we felt that too. I will never forget listening to a radio program and how they spoke about you. It made me angry because I felt that the consequences didn’t fit the offense. It made me angry because they wanted to throw you under the jail, yet we live in a world where others have committed worse offenses and are crowned as kings and protected. We wish we could have protected you, but it’s an absolute blessing to see you now doing well and still influencing the culture. Heat of competition man people can get to worked up, he does deserve it the way he changed how defensive coordinators had way more work to scheme against him.

They have to make another 2 or 3 parts, I learned a lot but I could still think of another 5 to 10 black qb’s who should have been added. I found the Tony Dungy conversation to be the best overall.

Mike Vick and Allen Iverson were my sports idols growing up. They changed the game and fashion. Even had braids because of them.

Michael Vick is one of my favorite quarterbacks back in the day. The controversy with his career and the dogs was a travesty, and what they did to his career, the humiliation he received, the money lost, and people turning there back on him, going to jail, I don't think he ever recuperated after that incident. But , it is good that he standing 10 toes down for his family. Much respect.

James Harris was the 1st African QB i saw play on TV in the NFL.I was living in Mobile, Alabama in 1976.The game was Miami vs. Rams. LOOK for the game on KZbin,it will be the 2nd half of the game.Remember this is 1976 on VHS, looks good. The tape starts with the NFL Today, Jets vs. 49ers,and highlights. Then the James Harris game.ENJOY!!!
