Michael is a master at the REAL art of magic. Just showing someone that you can perform a color change with no banter imo isn’t magic. David Copperfield tells intricate stories on stage - a different style from closeup, but he shares the intricate story telling in closeup.

Such a powerful part of mikes magic is his presence and banter. It's so perfect and you can even see it in the moments after the performance. Such an artist!

Brilliant story telling mixed with brilliant, raw, classic sleight of hand is a joy to watch when done with this level of mastery. I’ve seen this and all of your performances at least a dozen times, and as a magician I’m always able to take away something I need to work on more. Thank you for all your inspiration and true love and reverence for the art 🙏🏻

Was replaying many parts of this video to hopefully catch how he did the card(s)-to-pocket trick and couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Then what he said at the end put my mind to rest... Focus on how the experience made you feel :)

He is a legend. I have amazed people in the past with my own talents, but what he does here is like... I don't even have words. Almost 40 years of practice turned into mastery. I am speechless.
@nodepony84407 жыл бұрын
I could only catch some of how he did it. Every time he puts his hands inside his jacket, you could see he was setting up for the next part. I could see him palming the cards.
@in_vas_por88107 жыл бұрын
+Node Pony If you had never seen him before, and didn't study any sleight of hand you would never know what he was doing. The only reason I figured it out is because I study the techniques closely, but even still, you know hes palming but you can't SEE it. His mannerisms are a part of his act so it all seems natural.
@brownholecharles7 жыл бұрын
you dont actually see the palmed cards, only the moments where you assume he is palming.. even at 1/4 speed you can't see it. He is a Master Carder
