75 meters underwater with such minimal effort. Just amazing and inspiring! I need to find a bigger pool...

I’ll take it as a compliment 😇 However, I don’t consider myself a swimmer but a freediver

Do you exhale during this? Or hold your breath
@MichaelaWernerFreediverАй бұрын
No, never exhale underwater- one of the safety rules in freediving - unless you’re specifically training with no weights. I’m wearing a 4.7kg neck weight :)

You need to adjust the center of gravity a bit, it looks like your legs wanted to float up, but that looked super efficient.👍🐬
@MichaelaWernerFreediverАй бұрын
It’s just my body. No matter what I do my legs float up! 😅

I have been swimming for 4 months and I can do 37.5m underwater with 1 breath. What advise would you give me? I have been trying to keep calm and not exhale while doing this.

Complete a freediving course and never dive underwater alone.

Why do you alternate between legs and arms movement, why just not stick with one that is most efficient?
@MichaelaWernerFreediver2 ай бұрын
Because i love to play, explore and experiment! Plus doing dives differently challenges your body and mind, which ultimately leads you to become a better freediver.
