Absolutely agree with you Michael; and out of my own experience I can assure you ALL , by following Michael's " Breath is Life" sessions, one has control over the mind to tell " NO " and the addiction stays away !! When you succeed in going within , through continuous breathing exercises and meditation, you realize the peace and joy of your own SELF. You find such peace and bliss that the impressions of the petty enjoyments you felt from those addictions, becomes insignificantly unnecessary .Thank you Michael, for making this world a better place ; NAMASTE

Ok. Everything you say makes sense (from both brain & heart direction).I struggle really hard with my sugar addiction but the frequency of meeting people by chance telling me that they have quit their sugar consume is increasing. Yesterday someone on a barbecue party told me that after she had quit sugar consume her mind was getting much clearer and her sleep much deeper. Now, after watching your video I will take these sychronicities as a starting point to replace my upcoming cravings for sugar by little mini gratitude-meditations. So, lets do it !!!

There's a slight glitch from about 20 mins for about 7 minutes while repeating breathing exercise where the synching of audio with visuals is off, but still an excellent session that I will repeat for 40 days as a sadhanna

Hello Michael, thank you for the work you're doing. I started incorporating a little bit of running into my life, something like 2 - 3 times a week, and I've been struggling lately to decide what's the best time to do it? before or after my morning movement breathing meditation practice? I feel very relaxed and centered after the practice and I feel like going on a run after this intensifies the body and stresses it right after being so relaxed so I thought to maybe start running before the practice, even though I like doing the practice first thing in the morning. also going on a run 5 - 10 mins after waking up, before the body really wakes up, especially without doing some movement / breathing, feels not completely right :) I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Namaste

what are your thoughts on eating meat?
@yogalap
@yogalap 3 жыл бұрын
Learn to feel what is good and what is not good for you. Notice yourself how when eating meat it has a very very subtle, but strong influence on your energetic system. Maybe more sexual desire, more restlessness, more agitation. It is very very subtle but it will change whether you will react with patience to another person or with anger and frustration, and this may have big consequences. So it is subtle, but strong. Try to stop eating meat for a month and notice the change in your nervous and energetic system. Peace and good energy!
