But I started Pranayama yoga with Michael do not need oxygen tanks to live. During Covid I never got it and I practice Dragon and Tiger Qi gong which also strengthened my system. At that time I was also practicing Astanaga yoga, but now I live to far away continue. Blessings to Michael.

It's inspiring to see how these practices have not only helped you manage your asthma and COPD but have also provided strength and resilience during challenging times. May you continue to experience health, vitality, and peace on your journey, and may your practice always be a source of strength and joy. Warm regards and blessings to you!

How often a day do you meditate and pranic breath? Like what does a regular day look like for you?
@akash214singh4 жыл бұрын
@@juswolf22 bro initially you can start with 1 or 2 minutes of each pranayama.... gradually you can increase each for 10 minutes.....however if you have less time then I would recommend to do only 4 pranayamas......each for 5 minutes....they are most complete and are must for all........I am going to mention it in order which you are supposed to do.... 1. Bhastrika pranayama(5 minutes) 2. Kapalbhati pranayama (5 minutes) 3. Anulom vilom pranayama (5 minutes) 4. Bharamri pranayama (5 minutes) Please follow the above order as it has been throughly researched........you can start each of the above with 1 minutes of each and then gradually increasing to 5 minutes of each in few weeks.....Man I recovered from Covid with only 1 symptom.....that was fever of 99 degree Fahrenheit(very mild fever) that lasted for 3-4 days......Guess what these breathing exercises played one of the most important part in that.....

Hello Michael, I want to say thank you. I don't really have the words to express everything about this session but in short, I discovered your teachings with this session 3 years ago, as I was going through a very difficult time. It has been a harbor for me at that time. Today I just graduated from the Breathwork Instructor Course and to celebrate, I felt like doing this session again. I realize the immensity and depth of what it contains, like I can never get to know or master it fully, and that's probably a good news. It has to do with layers of myself that are still to be discovered, as well as with the mystery of Consciousness itself I guess. Thank you again, from the Heart.

I have no idea about meditation. But seeing and hearing this man, I see a person who is in peace and balance. The state I wish I was in. World and life is too stressful. Can't wait to get old and sleep.

Hello Michael... Peace and health to you brother...🙏🏼 First of all, thank you so much for your content on YT. I'm 30 n always wanted to do breathwork and meditation. I've started it finally with your videos. I do you "short simple and effective yoga" in the morning to get myself going and later in the evening I do your complete "breathwork and pranayama session". It's such a nice experience..❤️ I cannot thank you enough for giving me the initial experiences of breathwork and meditation😊😊😊😊 I used to be a heavy smoker for over 4 yrs. Can I please request you to share a breathing session that people like me can do to move towards cleansing and healing lungs.. Thank you so much again brother.🙏🏼🙏🏼

Wow.. this is exactly the similar pattern of psychedelic lights which shows on my ajna chakra when I finish my practice. Initially it was just an orange light, which gradually turned into amazing patterns which I enjoy watching everytime... One day I felt the kundalini rising too and I can't explain what an ecstatic experience it was. Everyone watching this video.. please do put these steps into practice and experience the divine being you are.. Advaita Vedanta will be clear to u after finishing your course of this practice.. I am thankful to you to bring such a lovely gift to the world! May god direct everyone to experience this.. Om Peace Peace Peace🙏

I enjoy coming back to this session away least once a month. In my opinion, this is a nice format too. No preamble (not that they're is anything wrong with communication either either from time to time). Nice natural landscape. Gentle music. You backtracked your voice which helps maintain the continuity of the exercise. If you should find yourself on a mountainside, another session like this would be cool. 💪🏽✊🏾✌🏻🤙

Michael, for the last 3 years I've been carried through life by this one session and the videos on your channel explaining each of the bandhas and individual exercises in such an accesible way. I've gone to many other breathwork practices and techniques, but none have bloomed internally as deeply and in a well-rounded way as the approach in this session. Thanks to the way this order of exercises encourages energy to move, 've developed an understanding of my needs and how to meet them with breathwork, and developed shorter and longer versions, being able to intuitively adjust day by day and having a good base with which to do so. It has been one of the most important tools in my day to day life, and it's contribution to my wellbeing is NOTHING short of miraculous. I honor you and am deeply deeply grateful for your dedication to sharing these practices which are so powerfully profound yet so so practical. You are the very first person I think of whenever someone asks who to start learning breathwork through. Blessings dear friend!
